2X CAPACITY
Custom app builds

Build the capacity to serve 2x the clients in 90 days, without adding headcount

Custom app builds for coaches, agencies, and knowledge experts making $300k+/year but still stuck in manual delivery and duct-taped backend systems.

$5,000 to start · Built in 6–8 weeks · You own it
The problem

You've scaled revenue. But your operations haven't caught up.

Your team is copy-pasting the same information into three different tools just to onboard one client. You're juggling five platforms that kind of talk to each other, but only if someone manually bridges the gap every time.

Your co-coaches are answering the same questions on repeat. Your clients are waiting 3 business days for feedback on issues affecting them right now. And hiring another team member just means more coordination overhead, not less manual work.

You don't need more people. You need a system that eliminates the repetition, whether that's backend ops your team uses or a tool your clients access directly.

YOUR LEVERAGE
The solution

A custom app that consolidates your chaos or scales your delivery, depending on what's broken.

Not a chatbot. Not another Zapier band-aid. A real app built specifically for how your business operates.

Backend tool

One dashboard that replaces your current 5-tool Frankenstein and eliminates the manual handoffs slowing your team down.

Client-facing tool

A self-serve app where your clients get structured access to your framework without waiting on your calendar or inbox.

Either way: you get leverage without adding headcount.

How it works

Take the assessment. Get a custom build plan in 48 hours.

01

You take a 10-minute assessment

Answer questions about what's eating your team's time, what tools you're currently duct-taping together, and what outcome you want the app to deliver.

02

You get a custom proposal

What we'd build, how it works, and what it costs. No fluff. No pressure.

03

If it's a fit, we build it in 6–8 weeks

You get training, documentation, and 30 days of support after launch so you can run it yourself.

Your app. Your system. Your team's time back.

Before you decide

“Won't managing an app be one more thing on my plate?”

You're not managing it. You own it, but we build it to run itself. Training and documentation included so your team can operate it without needing a developer on retainer.

“Why not just use a chatbot or custom GPT?”

A chatbot answers questions. An app runs your process. If you need backend efficiency (onboarding automation, consolidated dashboards) or client-facing delivery (progress tracking, framework implementation), a chatbot won't cut it.

“I already have automations and systems in place.”

If your team is still manually copying data between tools or repeating the same deliverable review three times a week, your systems aren't doing what you think they are. Automations handle tasks. Apps eliminate workflows entirely.

“Why not just hire another teammate?”

If your team repeats the same answer 3x in a week, you need a system, not another hire. Another person adds payroll, onboarding, and more coordination. A system eliminates the repetition entirely.

About the founder

Product manager, coach, and app builder.

I work with coaches, agencies, and knowledge experts who've scaled past what their tools can handle and need a system that actually fits how their business runs.

My background is 8 years in product management, which means I spend less time chasing features and more time thinking about how people actually use what's built. That perspective shapes everything I do.

I've spent the last 3 years in the coaching and service-business space, so I understand what goes into methods, frameworks, and client delivery, and why the app has to reflect that standard.

My role is to figure out what's costing you time, build the system that eliminates it, and hand it off so your team can run it without me.

Questions

The things people ask before they start.

Won't managing an app be one more thing on my plate? +

You're not managing it. You own it, but we build it to run itself. Training and documentation included so your team can operate it without needing a developer on retainer.

How involved do I need to be during the build? +

Your involvement is focused and intentional. You'll review key decisions, give feedback, and test the experience. You're not managing developers or handling technical details.

Why not just use a chatbot or custom GPT? +

A chatbot answers questions. An app runs your process. If you need backend efficiency (onboarding automation, consolidated dashboards) or client-facing delivery (progress tracking, framework implementation), a chatbot won't cut it.

I already have automations and systems in place. +

If your team is still manually copying data between tools or repeating the same deliverable review three times a week, your systems aren't doing what you think they are. Automations handle tasks. Apps eliminate workflows entirely.

Why not just hire another teammate? +

If your team repeats the same answer 3x in a week, you need a system, not another hire. Another person adds payroll, onboarding, and more coordination. A system eliminates the repetition entirely.

How long does a build take? +

Most builds ship in 6–8 weeks. Exact timing is confirmed after the scoping phase, once we're clear on what's being built.

Who owns it once it's built? +

You do. The app is built for your business. You're not locked into a proprietary platform or dependent on a system you can't evolve over time.

What if I'm not ready to build yet? +

That's valid. The assessment helps you figure out whether building now is the right move. The goal is to help you arrive at the best decision, not to sell you a build.

P.S. Don't build an app that does everything. Build one that does the one thing 70% of your clients (or your team) keep asking for. That's where the leverage is.
