Enterprise project management for 10,000+ teams — built for reliability, collaboration, and scale.
Cloud Suite's founders had seen too many enterprise software projects fail for the same reason: tools built for project managers, not for the teams who actually do the work. They wanted to flip that — software as intuitive as a consumer app, with the depth and reliability that enterprise requires.
We built Cloud Suite from the ground up on Vue.js and Python, with PostgreSQL for data integrity and Docker for scalable deployment. The platform now serves over 10,000 teams across 40+ countries, with 99.9% uptime and 50+ third-party integrations.
"Enterprise software has a reputation for being painful to use. We wanted Cloud Suite to feel like the opposite of that."
The hardest problems were architectural: real-time collaboration at scale (how do you handle 50 people editing the same board simultaneously without conflicts?), a permission system flexible enough for any org structure, and an integration layer that could connect to 50+ external tools without becoming unmaintainable.
At the same time, every feature had to pass our usability bar — if a new team member couldn't figure it out in 10 minutes, it went back to the drawing board.
WebSocket-powered real-time updates with operational transforms to handle concurrent edits. Presence indicators show who's viewing or editing any item. Zero conflict, zero page reload.
Customisable dashboards with velocity tracking, burndown charts, and team capacity visualisation. Built on a dedicated analytics data pipeline so reporting never impacts app performance.
A webhook-based integration framework connecting GitHub, Slack, Jira, Salesforce, and 47 more tools — plus a public API for custom integrations. Each integration is sandboxed for reliability.
